Interview on the SNSF Open Access Website on 30 April 2020 (in German only)
The corona crisis reminds us how important free access to research data is for science. The DKF and its umbrella organization, the Swiss Clinical Trial Organization (SCTO), have long supported the "Open Access" initiative of the SNSF. This includes the demand for "open science", i.e. the exchange of research data and free access to scientific literature.
An interview on this topic was recently published on the Open Access website of the SNSF: Prof. Christiane Pauli-Magnus, co-director of the DKF, explains as president of the SCTO together with the organisation's managing director, Annette Magnin, the importance of Open Access and Open Research Data for the design and conduct of clinical trials.
