SNSF project fundiung for Swiss -AF cohort study

Osswald Reichlin

Prof. Stefan Osswald (Cardiology/USB) has been awarded research funding from the Swiss National Science Foundation (SNSF) for the implementation of the project "Brain lesions and cognitive function in patients with versus without atrial fibrillation" for a period of four years. Prof. Tobias Reichlin (Cardiology/ Inselspital) is also the recipient of the grant.

The aim is to supplement the current SNSF-funded Swiss Atrial Fibrillation Cohort Study (Swiss-AF) with a control group. The project is scheduled to start in autumn 2020.
